Shipping and Returns Policy
Why isn’t a freight charge included in the total?
Because wholesale orders can include lots of different items and can also be sent many different methods depending on the size and location of the order, we can’t automatically calculate a accurate freight charge. So to make sure we get the lowest freight charge for you we calculate a freight charge once we have looked at your order and determined the best freight method. We will contact you with a final invoice amount before charging credit card details, If paying via Direct Deposit please wait for this call/email before making a deposit.
Shipping
Please note we do not determine your freight online put rather after your order has being picked and packed, we then contact to notify of the final amount. This includes bank and credit card orders. Brisbane/Ipswich/Logan orders normally are $11.00 per box upto 25kg. While Sunshine & Gold Coast are $13.00 per box upto 25kg each. Sydney and certain regional Queensland centres are charged at approximately $18.00 for below 5kg and $4 for each additional 5kg. These charges are based on weight, bulky items may attract higher charges. We use Direct Freight Express for shipping where available, Aramex for local and Australia Post for remote/regional areas. If you have your own freight company account we do allow freight pick-up of your order. Pallet orders are via Direct Freight Express or Gilders Transport. If you require your order by a certain date, i.e a Fete or festival event, please let us know so we can make sure there are no problems. We can provide tracking details upon request.
Freight Prices Guide
These charges are estimates based on weight, bulky items may attract higher charges.
- Brisbane: $11/box (<25kg)
- Gold Coast: $13/box (<25kg)
- Sunshine Coast: $13/box (<25kg)
- Sydney, certain Qld & Nsw regional centres (see map below red dots): starting from $18.00 (first 5kg)+$4 each additional 5kg
- Melbourne/Cairns: starting from $24.00 (first 5kg)+$4 each additional 5kg.
Please see the map below, red dots same as Sydney, orange dots same as Melbourne charges. For areas in the dark green, white & grey area we use either Direct Freight Express or Australia Post. Larger orders with multiple boxes results in a cheaper price per box.
Overseas Orders (South Pacific & PNG only)
Please note that overseas orders have a minimum order of AUD$1,000, and will use either Australia Post or a customer’s provided freight forwarder.
Returns
